Jessie Wang is a New York–licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Co-Founder of Arbor Partners. She advises privately held businesses, franchise groups, founders, and high-net-worth families on U.S. tax compliance, planning, and cross-border matters.

Her work brings together business tax, entity restructuring, multistate compliance, financial reporting, and long-term family planning — disciplines that rarely stay separate once a company or a family grows. Jessie leads engagements for operators with U.S. and international footprints, including franchise and multi-location businesses preparing for expansion, financing, or a transaction.

She also advises families on trust taxation, estate and wealth transfer planning, and structures built to manage tax exposure while supporting long-term family objectives.

Before co-founding Arbor Partners, Jessie practiced in PwC's Financial Services group in New York, advising U.S. and international clients on tax compliance, tax provision, and cross-border reporting.
