IPO & Transaction Readiness
Built for the Moment. Prepared for What’s Next.
Major transactions demand more than preparation—they require foresight. We help businesses and owners navigate the tax, financial, and reporting considerations of IPOs, acquisitions, and other significant transactions, helping ensure they are positioned for a successful outcome. Strategic insight. Rigorous preparation. Confident execution.
Preparing a company for public markets — or for a significant transaction — requires accounting, tax, internal controls, governance, financial reporting, and operating processes to meet the expectations of investors, regulators, lenders, and buyers.
This is multidisciplinary work that benefits from sufficient lead time. We identify gaps, sequence remediation, strengthen systems and controls, and prepare supporting documentation before the transaction process accelerates. Issues addressed early are easier to resolve and less likely to disrupt diligence or execution.
We work alongside the company's independent auditor, underwriters, and transaction counsel rather than in place of them. Readiness work of this kind is advisory in nature, and independence rules mean the firm performing it is not the firm that issues the audit opinion on a public offering.

Readiness is built before diligence begins. We help companies prepare deliberately so they can move with confidence when the transaction window opens.
