Yu Fan is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Systems Auditor, and a Partner at Arbor Partners. She advises public and private companies on reporting quality, internal controls, governance, and the work required to be ready for a transaction or the public markets.

Yu has more than a decade of experience leading financial statement audits, internal control assessments, and complex accounting and reporting projects — from planning and risk assessment through execution, control design, technical analysis, and communication with management and audit committees.

Her technical background covers revenue recognition, consolidation, foreign currency translation, IT systems considerations, audit analytics, and accounting memoranda for matters that require a documented position.

Before joining Arbor Partners, Yu held senior roles at Deloitte and BDO, and worked in-house at HubSpot — experience that lets her see a readiness project from both the auditor's side of the table and the company's.
