Kacie Wang is a New York–licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Co-Founder of Arbor Partners. She advises individuals, closely held businesses, foreign-owned entities, and multinational groups on U.S. federal, state, and international tax matters.

Her practice covers the full compliance cycle for individuals, partnerships, corporations, S corporations, and foreign-owned U.S. businesses, alongside financial statement preparation and year-round advisory support.

A significant part of Kacie's work is cross-border and inbound: FBAR and FATCA compliance, foreign tax credit planning, CFC and PFIC analysis, Form 1120-F matters, and pre-immigration planning. She builds positions that are documented at the time they are taken and structures that remain workable as the facts change.

Prior to co-founding Arbor Partners, Kacie practiced at PwC in New York, focusing on tax compliance and tax provision engagements for financial services clients.
